Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Legal Services
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and professional legal environment. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors, including preparing correspondence and legal documents, managing emails, and maintaining accurate filing systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Organise and manage a busy appointments diary.
* Ensure all case files are well-structured, up to date, and easily accessible.
* Deliver excellent client service by handling enquiries professionally and providing timely updates to clients and agents.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential, ideally within conveyancing, family law, and litigation.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in typing, including experience with digital dictation.
What You Will Get:
