Nights – 4 on, 4 off | 7:00pm–7:00am The Role We're hiring a Microsoft 365 specialist to provide overnight first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring IT stability for clients. This role is key to maintaining high client satisfaction through prompt, professional service. Key Responsibilities Support Microsoft 365 and related tech Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking issues Resolve incidents within SLA Maintain IT systems and documentation Escalate complex problems as needed What You'll Bring Experience in IT Solutions Provider or MSP environment Strong troubleshooting and self-driven learning Proactive, independent work ethic for night shifts Excellent client service and multitasking skills Essential Skills & Qualifications AZ-104 or MS-102 certification (or willingness to obtain)2+ years technical support experience Experience with Windows 10/11 and Apple OS Strong diagnostic and communication skills, including technical documentation Apply for this job You can apply for this job via the application form below.
