About Our Healthcare Assistant Role
At our nursing home, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to support residents with their activities of daily living.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with the care team to promote independence, dignity, and mobility within a warm and supportive environment.
* You will assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom.
* Support residents to maintain their independence by encouraging them to participate in activities they enjoy.
* Deliver high-quality person-centred care that respects individual needs and preferences.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Follow strict infection control and health and safety guidelines at all times.
* Perform additional duties as directed by management to ensure the smooth operation of the nursing home.
