**Job Title:** Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

This role involves ensuring the optimal performance of automated equipment and achieving operational goals. The successful candidate will work closely with teams to resolve manufacturing issues and constraints, implementing safe and robust solutions to improve overall efficiency through improvement projects around run rate increase, cycle time gains, yields, and quality.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electro/mechanical equipment setup, operation, and maintenance. Excellent troubleshooting/problem-solving skills are required, as well as good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

A high level of flexibility, including shift changes, training courses, and project support, is necessary. The ability to work on own initiative and be self-driven is also essential.

This position requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Technician in a high volume automated environment. A certification/Diploma/Senior Trades in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Repair and troubleshoot electro/mechanical equipment failures.
* Schedule and perform preventative maintenance procedures.
* Help move, install, set up, and refurbish equipment.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance documentation.
* Record significant downtime issues and resolutions in appropriate databases.
* Interact with other departments as required to coordinate equipment repairs.
* Work proactively to ensure performance targets are met; Yield/quality (using SPC/SQC)/production outs/up-time/process stability.
* Communicate potential problems that may affect capacity and quality to the Business Unit Team Leader as well as across zones/work areas where necessary.
* Attend pass-downs as required and provide status updates.
* Provide detailed inputs into failed spare parts management process.
* Support Process Engineers to ensure Continuous Improvements are ongoing.
* Train and assist other Technicians and Operators.
