We're looking for a retail sales leader to join our team in Wilton, Cork. As a Rituals Expert, you'll be part of our in-store management team and responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience.
Job Description
* This is a part-time position that involves working alongside your Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Rituals Advisors to reach personal and store goals.
You will interact directly with customers to ensure an optimal experience and mentor and support Rituals Advisors. If you have prior experience as a supervisor or Team Leader within retail or hospitality, strong motivation to reach performance targets, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure then we would love to hear from you!
