We are looking to recruit a key role of Stores Assistant Part Time to join our Operations Team at The Trinity City Hotel. You’ll support the day-to-day management of hotel stock, ensuring supplies are delivered efficiently to all departments. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within the hotel and wider group.
**Please note we can only consider applicants who are available Monday to Friday 7/8am - 12/1pm**
Main Responsibilities:
* Receive all deliveries, and ensure they are delivered to the right areas and stored correctly.
* Communicate effectively with the hotel management team regarding deliveries and procedures.
* Manage invoices and POs in line with hotel procedures.
* Assist with stock reporting and analysis.
* Assist with stocktakes as needed, including weekends if required.
* Maintain cleanliness of delivery areas and beverage storerooms.
The ideal candidates will possess the following:
* Previous procurement and delivery experience preferred but not essential.
* Proven ability to self-manage and work efficiently.
* Willingness to learn and develop their career.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland; visa status will be verified before interview.
* Availability Monday to Friday mornings.
* Hospitality, stores, or warehouse background desired.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
* Health & Safety knowledge and awareness.
