As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled Seamstress / Sign Finisher to join our dynamic production team.
Position Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to assist in the finishing of printed materials, particularly fabric and vinyl signage.
The ideal candidate will have sewing experience and/or finishing experience in a print or sign-making environment.
This is a hands-on role requiring accuracy, craftsmanship, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Sew hems, pole pockets, and other finishing details on fabric and banner materials
Install grommets, Velcro, keder/SEG edging, and other finishing components
Operate industrial sewing machines and other finishing tools
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Work collaboratively with the print production team to ensure timely delivery
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with packaging and shipping as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a seamstress, tailor, or in a similar role preferred
Experience with industrial sewing machines a plus.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to follow instructions and a willingness to learn and adapt, sometimes in different finishing areas within the company all depending on what departments are busy.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Experience in signage or large-format printing a plus (but not required – we will train the right candidate)
