Here's what we are looking for with this role: **Essential Requirements*** 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in infrastructure solutions.
* Proven people leadership skills, with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams, nurturing talent and building a high-performance engineering culture.
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills to act as the bridge between leadership and teams, enabling clarity, alignment, and transparency of goals, strategy, and expectations.
* Strong execution leadership, driving clear goal-setting, operational discipline, and seamless stakeholder alignment to ensure predictable, high quality delivery.
* Experience in performance management, including leading performance reviews, promotions, talent calibrations, and creating actionable improvement plans when needed.
**Desirable Requirements*** Hands-on engagement with AI-assisted engineering tools (coding assistants, analysis, decision support).
* Solid storage domain background.
* Experience leading teams through organizational or operating model transformation.
