Your role at our company is a Customer Service Ambassador. You will complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard to ensure the best customer service to all our customers. The position requires multitasking with strong attention to detail, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines. The job involves working with internal customers to ensure highest standard of service to our customer base. You will be completing training in all aspects of the Customer Service Department to provide support as and when required to other departments. Maintaining up to date training within the department to support other functions as and when required. Participation in 1:1 development and team meetings is key. Producing daily and end-of-month reports where required. Question and query anomalies and use initiative to improve the process and workflow. Training on any applicable software for the role is also expected. Maintaining efficient office administration procedures is essential. Undertaking any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by management.
