Key Financial Operations Role
This position plays a pivotal part in supporting the achievement of financial objectives within Finance and Operations.
* Establish and maintain effective partnerships between finance and operations teams to manage overheads and capital expenditure budgets.
* Collaborate with the controlling team to develop and implement manufacturing cost and standard cost systems.
* Prepare annual budget forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Monitor actual costs to control budgets and establish accurate production costs.
* Support the creation of new product costing and contribute to the development of new products.
* Provide financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting expertise to the Head of Finance & Purchasing.
This role requires strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A problem-solving mindset, flexibility, and multitasking capabilities are essential. The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in CIMA/ACCA/CPA and 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in industry. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is mandatory, with SAP being an additional advantage.
