Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Store Manager.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a diverse team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and drive store performance.
You will be expected to review store performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any challenges.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is opened and closed at the correct times, adhering to all security procedures, and preparing and issuing store rotas.
Our ideal candidate will have a talent for management, with previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop their team to deliver high standards and results.
