This role suits someone organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing shipments end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate import and export shipments (air & sea)
Manage bookings, rates, and transport arrangements
Prepare shipping documentation and customs entries
Liaise with clients, carriers, and agents
Track shipments and handle queries
Support invoicing and resolve account issues
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in air or sea freight operations
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
