Receptionist Role

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organized and professional individual with excellent communication skills. They will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Job

* This is a permanent receptionist position located in Dublin 2.
* The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 and 10:00-18:00, alternating weekly.
* The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
* Announce clients as necessary.
* Assist with various administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
* Prepare meeting and training rooms.
* Answer phones in a professional manner and route calls as necessary.
* Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
* Answer, forward, and screen phone calls.
* Sort and distribute mail.
* Schedule appointments.

Requirements

* Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
* Professional attitude and appearance.
* Solid written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
