The role
William Fry LLP is looking to hire a Legal PA to work within our market-leading Projects & Construction team. The Projects & Construction team provide expert advice on a wide range of construction, energy, infrastructure, and procurement matters.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for:
Extensive diary and travel management
Producing and amending high quality documentation from digital dictation and hand-written drafts following the William Fry house style
Taking ownership of the billing processes for dedicated allocation
Compiling Business Development documentation for new client meetings (e.g. research, client bios and company information)
Managing emails, calendars, and contacts.
Entering and reporting on Business Development data in our Interaction CRM system
Accurately managing all filing, including e-filing
General administration including printing, posting, photocopying & scanning
Ad hoc duties as and when required by the Partner(s)/Associate(s) within assigned allocation
The Person
You have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Legal PA/Secretary supporting senior staff
You have advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
You have experience working with document management and billing systems
You have experience working with digital dictation systems
You have an ability to re-prioritise tasks when required
You have a flexible approach to your work
You can effectively prioritise tasks in order of importance
You always act in a discreet/confidential manner
You have the willingness to take ownership of the requirements of the role
You can demonstrate a team focus and willingness and flexibility to assist others when required
You are eager to learn/develop skills and knowledge to continually improve
