Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our operations in Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, and CEE. This role is a hybrid position and will be based in our Dublin office.
* Strategic Partnering: Serve as the primary HRBP for Senior Directors and below in Ireland and the CHATCEE region, aligning HR strategies with business goals and acting as a trusted advisor and coach.
* Provide strategic support to the cross-functional senior leadership team in Ireland.
