The role
Permanent Onsite (mainly)
We're searching for a hands‑on IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager at a pivotal moment in their technology journey. They are currently migrating all IT networking, infrastructure and support to a new environment. In this new role you will take full ownership of that environment — completing the migration, stabilising operations, and leading a team of 3 IT Engineers across infrastructure and IT support.
Responsibilities
Own and lead Infrastructure & Network Support (3)
Complete and stabilise the migration to an independent Microsoft environment
Own cybersecurity strategy and NIS2 compliance
Develop the ITSM function across sites (over 500 staff)
Manage the MSP relationship and third‑party vendor SLAs
Drive DR/BC planning, endpoint protection, and security governance
Qualifications
Over 5+ years' of IT management experience including leading a team
Proven cybersecurity experience — firewalls, switches, routers, access points, Security Fabric (Fortinet is an advantage)
Security‑first mindset with knowledge of ISO27001, NIST, OWASP and NIS2
Experience managing MSPs and working with external service providers
