Job Title: Field Care Supervisor
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Field Care Supervisor. The successful candidate will be afforded all necessary training and development in line with the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Live our Mission, Vision and Values
* Implement reporting mechanisms particularly Incident/Accident reports
* Follow up on new cases implemented after a one-month period
* Liaise directly with families for case set ups
* Communicate effectively with the Care Manager
* Work closely with the area Care Manager to implement policies and procedures of the company and ensure that high standards are met at all times
* Communicate effectively with Service Users and their families to build and maintain an effective relationship to benefit the health, independence and social integration of the individual
* Reliability and a flexible approach essential for position
* Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner throughout the course of one's duties, showing respect for Service Users and colleagues
* Adherence to confidentiality policies at all times
* Deputising for Care Manager when requested
* Be involved at Care Managers request to do INA's
* Complete Supervision with staff
* Complete regular spot checks
* Emergency Out of Hours - Roster basis
* Sales Capacity Letters/Calls to relevant authorities
