Job Title
This is a Senior Engineering Manager position in a busy manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities:
* Leading a high-performing team of engineers and technicians

* Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement process improvements
* Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders
* Evaluating and recommending new technologies and equipment
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements:
* A degree (Level 7 or equivalent) in a relevant field such as engineering, science, or technology
* Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a regulated environment
* Proven track record of leadership and team development
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
