Job Description
We're looking for detail-oriented candidates to join our Quality Operations Laboratory for essential lab testing and compliance work. This operational role focuses on accuracy, cGMP compliance, and structured laboratory analysis in a state-of-the-art biologics facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Work onsite in the Quality Operations Laboratory in Carlow
* Perform routine & non-routine testing (immunoassays, cell-based bioassays, HPLC, compendial methods)
* Review and record test results ensuring data integrity
* Support deviations, OOS investigations, and method validation
* Handle all lab documentation with full cGMP compliance
Requirements
* Fluent English
* Science degree (BSc or higher preferred)
* 1-2 years laboratory experience (pharma/biotech desired)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in lab testing
* Comfort working 4-cycle shifts (12hr shifts + 30% premium)
* Previous QC lab, analysis, or testing experience is a plus
