As a pivotal member of our DTC Regional Business Unit team, you will be instrumental in assembling high-performing business development and work-winning teams equipped with the necessary qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diligently establish a strong local presence and foster a positive company image within targeted regional markets.
* Craft strategic plans, collaborating with business unit leadership to develop specific market sector and customer-level strategies aligned with Group directives.
* Lead the development of an overall Win Strategy, taking into account the solution to be delivered, target cost, margin, and offer price necessary for profitability and commercial competitiveness.
* Annual tactical planning – preparation of budget and execution plans in conjunction with regional and global business unit leadership.
* Promote collaboration with marketing and technical groups on marketing and sales plans.
This role involves making recommendations for product and territorial opportunities, representing and promoting the company at networking events, professional associations, society meetings, conferences, and tradeshows. You will also exemplify Exyte's core values through your daily conduct.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Business Management, or related Vocational Qualifications or Craft experience.
* 10+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record in business acquisition.
* Experience working for/with a large EPC company.
