Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our client aims to empower people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.
* Provide high-quality support to service users, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the best possible care.
* Teach daily living and social skills through activities and interactions.
* Build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records of service user documentation and complete tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A degree in Applied Social Studies/Social Care or a relevant qualification, or eligibility for CORU registration.
* Experience working with adults/children with intellectual disabilities.
* Ability to work independently and supervise staff/service users in residential settings.
* Good organisation and communication skills.
* Full manual driving license.
