Draughting Specialist
We seek a skilled Draughting Specialist to produce high-quality technical drawings, layouts and plans for engineering, manufacturing or construction activities.
This role involves creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software. The incumbent will update existing drawings to reflect changes in design or project requirements.
* Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings using industry-standard software.
* Maintain up-to-date records of drawings, revisions and technical documentation.
* Collaborate with engineers, designers and project teams to interpret specifications and project briefs.
The successful candidate will assist in preparing drawing packages for submission to clients, regulatory bodies or internal teams. Site visits or surveys may be required to gather measurements and verify existing conditions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Draughting Technician or similar technical draughting role.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks software.
* Strong understanding of technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances and industry drafting standards.
