About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to fill a position in our restaurant located in New Ross, Co. Wexford.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
* Organising staff to provide efficient service and upholding high standards of food quality and hygiene.
* Supporting management with daily operations and contributing to a smooth-running catering service.
* Maintaining strict health and safety protocols and ISO quality standards.
* Coordinating deliveries from suppliers and adhering to CCSL procedures.
* Ensuring effective communication with customers, staff, and management.
* Complying with company policies and client-agreed procedures.
