Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive treatment programs, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance service user outcomes.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver integrated and coordinated care, ensuring seamless communication and information sharing.
* Provide training and support to staff, families, and individuals, promoting their personal growth and development.
* Compile statistical records and contribute to organizational reports, analyzing data to inform strategic decision-making.
Daily responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining professional standards, staying current with industry developments, and participating in ongoing training and education.
Requirements
* A recognized postgraduate qualification in clinical psychology or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years' experience working with individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and/or Mental Health difficulties.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.
* A valid driving license is required for this role.
* Strong empathy and understanding for diverse perspectives and experiences.
* Effective problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
Candidates must meet the registration requirements of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
