As part of our European Operations team, you'll be empowered to achieve individual and team sales targets, all while enjoying a competitive starting salary and a rewarding commission-based scheme.
The role is located at our Head Office in Dublin City Centre.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.
You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025.
Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What we offer: Starting basic salary from €37,000 + monthly commission on average €1000 monthly (subject to individual performance) 23 days holiday, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, health insurance subsidy and AXA employee discounts Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, 36.5 hours per week, 9-5 Monday to Friday Induction & Training: Induction Date: 9th June 2025 You'll receive a comprehensive onsite induction from our specialist trainers to set you up for success in your new role, this will include time in our Tunbridge Wells, UK site so you will need to be able to travel to the UK.

Qualifications What we're looking for: Fluency in French and English essential Minimum 2 years' work experience including sales Understanding of Sales and Sales Procedures.
Target-driven and results-orientated Passionate about teamwork and delivering on promises Accurate, reliable and accountable Confident and professional in communication Open to learning and growing in the role Strong attention to detail and IT literate As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.
