Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will work on a Data Centre project and be responsible for various tasks including taking measurements of work packages, administering the project budget, handling client communications, producing monthly reports, participating in commercial and subcontractor meetings, resolving disputes efficiently, submitting claims and notices promptly, and recording cost variations.
About This Role
* This role is ideal for a quantity surveyor with 7+ years of experience in quantity surveying or estimation, who possesses excellent budgeting and financial forecasting skills, a proven working knowledge of current contract law, and IT skills in Microsoft Office and either Buildsoft or Cost X.
* A degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
* Experience working on a Data Centre project would be beneficial.
