The Premier Success Sales team is seeking a top-performing sales professional to promote Salesforce's Premier Success Plan to customers. This elite bundle offers the most proactive and personalized support experience available in the market.

* Establish relationships with Sales leadership (SVPs, AVPs, RVPs) to review territory performance and identify Premier sales opportunities
* Achieve and exceed regional ACV targets for Premier
* Provide deal support for Premier Success, including managing off-shore resources that engage Account Executives and Sales leaders
* Monthly and Quarterly Premier Sales Forecasting
* Train Sales teams to position and sell Premier Success through enablement programs and content creation
* Evangelize Premier Success internally and externally as a subject matter expert

Key Responsibilities:

* Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences


Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

* 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in a CRM or marketing automation environment
* Demonstrated track record of self-starting, risk-taking, and ability to influence without authority
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive-level presentation abilities
* Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under pressure, and navigate complex customer situations
* Knowledge of Salesforce product features, capabilities, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with complex escalated customer situations and ability to navigate large organizations
* Results-driven mindset, with a collaborative and consultative work style
