Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a purpose-built therapy facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in delivering family-centred occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children and adolescents, both individually and in groups, focusing on their unique needs and abilities.
* Provide onsite supervision to junior therapists and remote support to colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery, leveraging the strengths of each discipline to drive exceptional outcomes.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation using digital systems, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
* Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and service development initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Support parent and teacher training sessions and contribute to CPD activities, fostering a spirit of lifelong learning within the team.
* Ensure therapy spaces and equipment are maintained to a high standard, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
