Job Description Manage and oversee construction projects in residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors from design to completion.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Support the expansion of the building group in Cork, including developing new business opportunities and strengthening the client base.
Monitor project budgets and prepare financial reports.
Implement internal project management processes to ensure efficient workflow.
Mentor and support junior staff, fostering collaboration and professional development.
Qualifications Project management: Overseeing programmes, resource allocation, and project budgets Structural design: Experienced with multiple building types and structural design software Communication teamwork: Liaising with clients, design teams, contractors, local authorities, and government agencies (including Uisce Éireann) Technical documentation: Preparation of planning stage reports, detailed designs, and specifications Site monitoring: Conducting site inspections and attending site meetings Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Additional Information What's in it for you?
