As a Procurement Category Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing category strategies at a local level, ensuring cost savings, efficiency improvements, and strong supplier relationships. You’ll be responsible for key strategic categories, including Maintenance & Production Services, Production Equipment, and Raw Materials.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute category strategies to deliver value and cost benefits
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to leverage economies of scale
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
* Drive cost-saving projects using best-in-class procurement tools
* Forecast, budget, and report on financial KPIs
* Support sustainability initiatives aligned with business decarbonization goals
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of procurement experience
* A degree in Business, Technical, or relevant field
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage supplier relationships and contracts effectively
* Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership capabilities
