As we expand with two new luxury private dining rooms, we are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to join our senior leadership team.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the front-of-house team, uphold SOLE’s service standards, and ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and collaborate closely with the Restaurant Director to maintain excellence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and maintain SOLE’s award-winning guest experience
* Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
* Lead, train, and develop the FOH team to achieve high service standards
* Collaborate with the Restaurant Director on staffing, reviews, and recruitment
* Work with Beverage and Guest Relations Managers to enhance the guest journey
* Drive staff motivation and continuous development
* Keep up-to-date with hospitality trends and implement best practices
* Ensure smooth daily FOH operations aligned with company goals
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years in a Restaurant/F&B management role
* Strong leadership track record with high-performing hospitality teams
* Passion for service excellence and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
* Experience with KPIs, guest feedback platforms and training programs
* A dynamic, hands-on leader with a growth mindset

* KPI Bonus: up to €3,000 annually
* Additional Earnings: Service charge & card tips (potential up to €10,000, not guaranteed) + cash tips
