Senior H&S AdvisorDue to continued expansion, our client is hiring a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to be based in South Dublin. You will be working for a Tier 1 Contractor and recent experience within the Construction Sector is essential (Ideally residential)Key responsibilities:Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Company’s EHS Management System on the project.Promote a positive H&S culture on-site with Site Management, Contractors, and workers.Monitor EHS compliance on-site and generate weekly inspections & reports.Develop, maintain and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team.Influence and coach site team in the implementation of best practice EHS standards.Specific RequirementsRecognised EHS Degree or Diploma (NEBOSH diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)8 or more years’ experience in Health & Safety roles from the residential industryPrevious Construction experience is preferredMust work well within a team and be able to collaborate with othersPackageCompetitive Salary starting at €75k, Company Vehicle or Travel Allowance, Company phone, Pension, Life insurance, Income Protection and Continuous Professional Development
