About the Role:
Cpl Healthcare is excited to partner with a client providing community-based services for adults with intellectual disabilities using a person-centred approach.
* The ideal candidate will have a Level 7 degree in Social Care or Health Sector and current registration or eligibility to register with CORU.
* A minimum of 3 years postgraduate relevant experience in leadership and management is desirable.
* Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience working with people with an Intellectual Disability is essential.
* Demonstrate commitment to community integration and active citizenship for all people with disabilities.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Team Manager to ensure efficient service delivery. They will be a proactive member of the management team, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Frequent travel to residential settings may be required, necessitating a full clean driving licence and access to own transport.
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Proficiency in computer skills and online data management systems is also essential.
