Kitchen Assistant – Full Time
We are now looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our team. If you're passionate about food, eager to learn, and excited to work in a fast-paced, innovative kitchen, Space Jaru is the perfect place to grow your skills. Key Responsibilities
* Clean and prepare the kitchen to ensure it is follows all hygiene protocols
* Maintain and clean food storage areas, including refrigerators and freezers
* Receive deliveries and store goods safely and efficiently
* Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cutting boards, or load them into the dishwasher
* Remove kitchen waste and dispose of it properly
* Clean and maintain cooking equipment such as cookers, pots, and food mixers
* Help with kitchen preparations and support the chefs in needed tasks
Requirements
* Full-time availability (approx. 35–40 hours per week)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
* Knowledge of or interest in Korean cuisine
* Eligible to work in Ireland
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
