, is seeking a
Materials & Procurement Planner
to join their innovative cleantech team in
County Westmeath
.
This permanent, Monday–Friday role (8:30am–5pm) will play a key part in ensuring the smooth, cost-effective flow of materials, equipment, and components across the supply chain.
Oxymem develops advanced, membrane-based solutions to make wastewater treatment more sustainable and energy-efficient, delivering real-world environmental impact globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and MRO items
* Track supplier deliveries and resolve potential shortages
* Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics to meet production and project schedules
* Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, and oversee cycle counts
* Maintain accurate ERP and supplier data while optimizing warehouse operations
Requirements:
* Qualification in
Supply Chain, Logistics, Business
, or related field
* 3–5 years' experience in
materials planning, procurement, inventory management, or logistics
* Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management systems
* Proficient in
MS Office
and strong data literacy
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
