Oliver James is representing a world-class reinsurance company who are looking to hire a Life Actuary (Qualified or Part Qualifed) to join the Systems and Process development team.Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.As part of this small, high calibre team you will support strategically important projects, all designed to improve processes across the Actuarial function.You will need to be solution oriented and value problem solving and critical thinking.This is the perfect role for a technically strong actuary who is looking to be more involved in more strategic decisions and have a real impact on the business.You should have a good understanding of efficient processes and be able to use your experience to make suggestions for improvements.Actuarial qualification is not mandatory for this position, however you should have passed some actuarial exams.This role does not offer study support for part qualified actuaries so is ideal for those who have stopped exams.Strong IT skills are desirable, especially SQL, but you don't need to be a coding SME.This is an integral role in the business and supports projects high on the priority list.You will have great exposure to senior stakeholders.Experience: Qualified or Part Qualified Actuary (Qualified not mandatory).Ideal experience range 5-10 years (more welcome to apply) Strong technical skills Strong IT/Systems skills
