Job Purpose:
To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and assist managers by handling day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper-based)
Data entry and database management
Handle cash transactions in line with company policy
Perform daily reconciliation of tills, ensuring accuracy and investigation discrepancies
Deliver superior customer service
Perform other administrative duties as required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €16.00-€17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
