At NORMAL, we're all about surprising our customers and making every store visit feel like a little treasure hunt. Now, we're looking for someone to handle our day-to-day SoMe initiatives in Ireland – and help bring that same feeling to life online. You'll spend your time filming in stores and editing content for our social media channels on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. And when our new headquarters in Milan opens, you'll have your own desk there.Your RoleYou'll be the driving force behind our social media content in Italy – filming, editing, and managing engaging posts that reflect the NORMAL voice and vibe. You'll collaborate with the stores and the marketing team from Danish HQ to make sure our presence stands out.You will: Create original, in-store video content that's fun, authentic, and right on trendFeature yourself in content and involve local store teams in a natural, relatable wayEdit videos and publish across social media in Italy, including planning and scheduling content using social media management toolsMonitor and engage with our community across our social media in IrelandReplying to messages from customers on social media and emailCoordinating marketing materials and activities to openings of new storesProofreading of tekstscontributing to exciting campaigns beyond social media.Ad hoc aministrative marketing tasksAbout youWe're looking for someone who is both creative and hands-on – someone who is not afraid to take initiative and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You're curious, self-driven, and excited by the idea of building something new. You have a sharp eye for detail, but you also understand the bigger picture: creating content that engages our audience and strengthens the NORMAL brand.You have experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similarYou're comfortable in front of the camera and have a natural ability to engage your audienceYou're quick to spot trends and can adapt content in real time to stay relevantYou're are native in Irish/ EnglishApplication and the recruitment processDo you want to be part of our digital playground?
