Senior Director of Professional Education & Solutions for EMEA. In this pivotal role, you will significantly impact the educational and strategic initiatives for the Vision franchise within MedTech, encompassing both Vision Care and Surgical Vision.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative educational programs and resources that empower healthcare professionals across the EMEA region.

This role will represent J&J MedTech EMEA's Vision both internally and externally.
Additionally, you will serve as the regional lead to ensure evidence generation programs align with our priorities in collaboration with Medical Affairs and Clinical Solutions.
You will report directly to the President of J&J MedTech, Vision EMEA, and be an integral member of the EMEA Vision Leadership Team.
Apart from overseeing Professional Education & Solutions, you will lead the regional community of practice for Clinical Solutions & Medical Affairs, which reports globally.

Identifying, designing and implementing customer educational strategy and upgrading and revolutionizing customer education experience to extend clinical knowledge and/or surgical skills of health care professionals.Maximize team efficiency & effectivenessIn partnership with EMEA Director of Digital, identifying opportunities for implementation of digital solutions for advancing upskilling of healthcare professionals and other external clientsDrive consistency in standards of learning in the various professional education events held for/by our customers in the region.Maintain relationships with KOLs and Surgical Societies across region in all MedTech platforms.Qualifications Required:
Required Minimum Education: University Degree8-10 years Industry experience: Medical/Clinical/Professional Education/Scientist roles in a highly regulated pharma/medical device business.3-5 years' experience of team managementWe are seeking a candidate who possesses high emotional intelligence and exceptional oral and written communication skills.Excel in interpersonal interactions with both internal colleagues and external customers.Possess a strong balance between strategic thinking and executing plans to drive innovation and growth.Ability to influence executive stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver value-based solutions.Expertise and business acumen in a surgical field or the medical device industry or Optometry.The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in J&J's Leadership Imperatives, especially in leading and delivering results.
