We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve managing our online store and social media channels, creating engaging content, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Online Store Management: Develop and maintain our online webstore by adding new products, descriptions, and visuals.
* Liaising with Suppliers: Source marketing materials including images and videos from suppliers.
* Social Media Management: Create and design engaging weekly content for social media channels and manage and schedule posts across multiple platforms.
* Email Marketing: Assist with email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and assisting customers when needed.
* Business Support: Support the day-to-day running of the business and assist with marketing campaigns and events.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 12 years experience in a marketing or related role (retail, e-commerce, or communications preferred).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
* Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
* Experience using Canva or other design/PDF editing tools.
* Proficiency in email marketing platforms, especially Klaviyo.
* Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising.
* A full, clean driving licence.
* A positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
