Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Receptionist to join our Mespil Road office. This is a pivotal, client-facing role that ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the office and upholds the professional image of Azets Ireland.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless experience on-site. You will manage reception operations, meeting room coordination, and front-of-house services while supporting local administrative and operational needs.
We are looking for someone proactive, polished, and adaptable — a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and can take ownership of tasks such as health & safety, facilities coordination, event planning and office support. This role will also include supporting the junior members of the administration team ensuring the office is well kept and organised at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Professionally and warmly represent Azets by efficiently greeting and directing all clients, visitors, and staff.
* Manage the front desk and all reception duties, including answering calls, handling post and couriers, and maintaining the reception area.
* Coordinate meeting rooms — scheduling, set‑up, refreshments, and ensuring a professional environment for all client meetings.
* Provide local administrative support, including document preparation, supplier coordination, and basic facilities management.
* Support office compliance activities, including health & safety, fire warden duties, and building access management.
* Assist with organising company events, client visits, and staff functions at the Mespil Road office.
* Act as a key point of contact for building management, maintenance providers, and office service vendors.
* Ensure office supplies and consumables are well‑stocked and managed within budget.
* Support the leadership team with ad‑hoc tasks and projects.
* Support and act as a daily contact for the junior members of the administration team, ensuring local tasks are carried out in a proficient manner.
Qualifications & Key Competencies
* Proven experience in a similar role, office coordinator, or administrative support role, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client‑service focus.
* Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative in problem‑solving.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and highly proficient with office technology and systems.
* Knowledge of health & safety procedures or facilities management is an advantage.
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
