Chef de Partie Position
Join a prestigious client in the Irish hospitality industry to search for a talented Chef de Partie to join their award-winning kitchen team based in the stunning Burren region of Co. Clare.
The role is perfect for a committed chef looking to take the next step in their culinary career within a luxury hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and presenting dishes within your section to a consistently high standard
* Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop menus and daily specials
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment in line with HACCP regulations
* Managing stock control and ensuring minimal waste
* Mentoring and supporting junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
* Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef in a similar environment
* A genuine passion for food and a commitment to quality
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
* HACCP certification and good knowledge of kitchen health & safety standards
