Financial Operations Specialist
About the Role:
The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing various financial tasks within the finance department, including accounts payable, payroll processing, and travel expense management. This role requires strong analytical skills, ability to plan and implement tasks, as well as excellent IT skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process accounts payable and payroll with high accuracy and efficiency
* Manage travel expenses and ensure compliance with company policies
* Implement financial processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
Qualifications:
* Relevant third-level finance qualification (e.g., Certificate, Diploma, Accounting Technician or equivalent)
Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Benefits:
Competitive Salary: circa €40,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
