Job Title: Medical Secretary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Medical Secretary to provide administrative support to our medical team in Limerick City.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide an exceptional reception and telephone service to the public and multi-disciplinary team.
* Manage patient data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of relevant information.
* Maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring seamless access to necessary documents.
* Provision of expert information and support to both the public and the multi-disciplinary team.
Essential Skills:
* Fast accurate typing skills with proficiency in MS Office.
* Excellent telephone and reception skills, with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to articulate complex information effectively.
* Ability to work independently, with initiative to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the department.
* Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:
