Badger & Dodo Boutique Coffee Roasters have been roasting specialty coffee in Fermoy Co. Cork since 2008. Australian Brock Lewin is the Badger in Badger & Dodo, Broc being Irish for Badger. Brock first pulled a shot of coffee in 1993 whilst at Uni' in Sydney but really came to terms with speciality coffee whilst living in Melbourne from He relocated with his wife to Fermoy Co Cork and established Badger & Dodo on his in Father-in-law, Dodo's farm in July 2008.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Account Manager located in Dublin City Area with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing and growing business with new and existing clients. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads, communicating effectively with clients, ensuring coffee standards are kept by clients, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Account Management and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Satisfaction
* Excellent Communication skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience in the specialty coffee industry
* High level barista skills a pluss
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field a plus
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software and experience in managing a sales pipeline. Must be able to drive, and have a clean drivers license.
