Joining our sales team means taking part in an adventure where you'll be a key player in our success.
What you will do?
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Work closely with internal teams such as but not limited to marketing and internal sales to improve products and services and customer's satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems and provide regular sales updates and activity reports to your regional manager
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as necessary
What about you?
You have proven experience in sales within a B2B environment, working with technical products and/or in the construction industry.
Your digital orientation and proficiency with a CRM will be additional assets for this position.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to build trust based relationships with customers.
Your self-motivation, your ability to work independently and to solve problem will be necessary to be efficient in your sales territory.
Result oriented, your resilience and your adaptability will be your best assets to reach your target and contribute to always improve our customer experience.

What are the recruitment stages?
Once your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange.
You will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager & the recruiter.
A second Interview will be then organized with the N+2 & the HR manager.
