Job Title: Chef de Partie
We are seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at a Nursing home located on Church Hill, Sligo. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and job satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and act as Head Chef in their absence.
2. Deliver food services for patient feeding, ensuring high-quality food offerings.
3. Follow Catering Hygiene Policy guidelines and Aramark's dress code, maintaining a clean uniform and hygienic appearance.
4. Assist other kitchen staff as directed by the Head Chef.
5. Adhere to HACCP guidelines, recording necessary information accurately.
6. Follow stock rotation procedures using the FIFO method.
7. Participate in health and safety training programs.
8. Comply with all Aramark and hospital policies and procedures.
9. Bring culinary expertise, creativity, and relevant experience to the role.
10. Multitask effectively, understanding all kitchen sections.
11. Maintain organizational skills and attention to detail.
