About the Role:
We are seeking a staff and senior psychologist to deliver psychological assessments, therapeutic interventions and support services to young people with disabilities and their families.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough psychological assessments to inform diagnosis and intervention planning
* Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that meet individual needs
* Work closely with families to provide emotional and practical support
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and social workers
* Contribute to service development, research and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Necessary Qualification: Doctorate or Master's degree in Psychology and CORU registration
* Desirable Experience:
o Staff Grade: Open to newly qualified psychologists eager to develop skills
o Senior Grade: Minimum of three years post-qualification experience with paediatrics and disability experience preferred
