Finance Sales Executive/ Business Manager Hertz Car Sales Head Office: Waterford | Travel required across Hertz Car Sales locations Hertz Car Sales is seeking an experienced, driven Finance Sales Executive to join our high-performing Sales Team.
This is a key role combining vehicle sales, finance insurance expertise, and customer relationship management within a fast-paced, premium automotive environment.
The Role This position plays a vital part in maximising dealership profitability while delivering a seamless, transparent, and professional customer experience.
You will: Sell vehicle finance, insurance products, and service packages to customers in a compliant and profitable manner Support and enhance the overall vehicle sales process from enquiry to delivery Present finance and insurance options clearly and confidently Handle negotiations relating to finance terms, add-ons, and part-exchange settlements Ensure all finance documentation, proposals, and agreements are completed accurately and on time Liaise closely with finance providers and maintain strong working relationships Support Sales Executives by cross-selling ancillary products and maximising deal value Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies Stay up to date with finance products, regulatory changes, and industry best practices Travel between Hertz Car Sales locations as required to support business needs What We're Looking For We're looking for a confident closer with strong commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
