In this Role, you will Technology Management: Lead daily management and control of the live Digital Operations environment, including running digital processes, maintaining resources, and managing performance. Service Management: Prioritize and allocate workloads to meet SLAs while ensuring efficient use of digital resources. Incident Management: Collaborate with senior management to resolve service incidents, exceptions, and referrals. Partners: Provide clear and timely communication to business partners. Change Management: Deploy new or changed automated processes in accordance with procedures. Business Continuity: Support, maintain, and test Business Continuity plans. Risk & Assurance: Identify, lead, and mitigate business risks, maintaining key control documents. Essential Skills & Experience Experience in a technology or business operations role. Understanding of Digital and Business applications in Retail and Operations. Knowledge of policies, processes, and procedures within a digital or operations environment. Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new applications. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with adaptability under pressure. What will make you stand out? 3rd level degree in a relevant subject. ITIL Foundation Certification or similar.
